The Jewish Vocational Service of MetroWest NJ (JVS) will hold free U.S. citizenship classes at the Linden Public Library, located at 31 E. Henry Street.
Registration and first day of classes will be held on Monday, April 23rd, 2017 at 6 p.m. Sessions will occur on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 p.m -8 p.m. for 10 weeks. All prospective registrants must bring their Green Card in order to be considered.

The JVS has received a competitive $250,000 two-year grant from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The grant allows JVS and their partner, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, to help legal permanent residents prepare and apply for U.S. citizenship through free instruction and naturalization services.
