Upcoming Children's Programs - Fall 2017

We have lots of exciting programs for children coming up at the Linden Library:

3D Tech & Build Club (Ages 8 & up)
Come join us for 3D Tech & Build Club where we will discuss ideas and try to make them into reality through the process of drawing and design. Club meets from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. - click on link for dates.

Book Bingo
Book Bingo is Back! Come and join us this fall for many rounds of this fun and educational game! Meets in the 3rd Floor, Columbia Bank Room from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. - click on link for dates.

Chronicles of Yarnia - Crochet & Needle Arts Club
The Library has a crochet and needle arts club for teens and adults who would like to learn the basics of how to crochet. Limited to 10 students per session. Program runs for four weeks - attendance is required. Club is held in a meeting room on the 3rd floor from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. - click on link for dates.

Game Changer Club
Come join our new gaming club at the library. Each month we will explore new and different types of games which will be both challenging and fun. Club meets from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. - click on link for dates.

Halloween Costume Party
Come join us for the Linden Library Halloween Costume Party on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. The boy and girl with the best costume will be the King and Queen of the Halloween Party! Event will be held in the 3rd Floor, Columbia Bank Room from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Lego Club
Come and join us at the Linden Public Library for the Lego Club. This club will be held in the Columbia Room, 3rd Floor. Meeting time 4 to 5 p.m. - click on link for dates.

Makers Craft Club
Join us at the Linden Public Library for the Makers Craft Club. Club meets from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. - click on link for dates.

Read It & Draw It Club
If you love both reading and drawing, and the “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” books and “Dork Diaries,” this club is for you! Please join is for this fun and creative program, where we will talk about our favorite characters and start working on our drawing skills. Club will meet November 30, 2017 in the 3rd Floor, Columbia Bank Room from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Young Adult Writing Club
Do you enjoy the challenge of writing a good story, poem, etc? If so, then come join us for the Young Adult Writing Club. After all, the library is the perfect place for all young writers to begin their careers.  Club held in the meeting rooms, 3rd floor, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Click on link for dates.

Zoom Balloons
Come join us at the Linden Public Library on October 17, 2017 for an afternoon of creative possibility with Earl Hicks, the performer of Zoom Balloons. This is a special event filled with music, balloon art, magic and comedy! Performance begins at 3:30 p.m. - Sign up for tickets.
